If you are force assigned as an engineer to another terminal there are different ways a person can be released. It goes in seniority order and depends on whether you could or could not hold as an engineer at the time you were forced. In order to get released by the ways mentioned below you need to have your release letter toggled in the TYE options on the WFHUB.
Engineers who have bypassed promotion (HAVE JUNIOR ENGINEER SETUP AT THE TIME OF FORCE)
* Wins a bid to a position back in Sheridan (has to be an open spot or using a 30 day bump)
* A junior engineer is setback in Gillette, then a forced engineer who bypassed promotion can be released.
* They CANNOT be released by a junior engineer being setback in Sheridan.
Engineers who have NOT bypassed promotion (COULD NOT HOLD AS AN ENGINEER AT THE TIME OF FORCE)
* Wins a bid to a position back in Sheridan (has be an open spot or using a 30 day bump).
* A junior engineer is setback in Gillette.
* A junior engineer is setback in Sheridan. (The only ways I see this happening is when someone comes off medical, vacation, finishes LETP or comes into the terminal).
Primary Recall are the first to be forced and the last to be released. (3 year hold down to the location you did LETP training at)
