If there is no change to the roster, it will NOT be updated as what is posted is the most current
*Important dates for Vacations*
Whatever you are working @ 2359 on September 30 determines which vacation roster you are assigned to (Engineer or Conductor).
October 15 vacation requests can begin being input on the WFHUB.
Vacation requests can no longer be input after 2359 on November 15.
This leaves me 2 weeks to have all vacations input and finalized by Dec 1.

MR Thomas won bid for 08/31/2026 and dropped 11/02/2026.
BE Kooper won bid for 07/13/2026.
DW Hillius won bid for 07/20/2026 and dropped 11/16/2026.
JS Peil won bid for 08/24/2026.
JE Parks won bid for 08/1082026.

We have been given 8 additional weeks of vacation due to the following employees being granted an extra week due to the 2025 National Agreement: RJ Steiner, BE Kooper, SA Martinec, J Nelson, JS Peil, JE Parks, BM Phelps, TJ Thon. These 8 people are required to bid on an open week as we all have 2 weeks of floaters and cannot float another week.

Vacation requests are due tomorrow, 10/31/2025. I still have 8 people who have not put anything in so please get them input. Also I have a handful of you who have put in requests improperly I'm assuming. Splits are for when you want to split your weeks of vacation up. Example take a week in July with your first split and then take a week in February with your second split.
